NEM crews are trained in warehouse operations: navigating loading docks, working with dock scheduling systems, handling palletized goods with pallet jacks, and dealing with freight elevator logistics in multi-level warehouse facilities. Our service covers the full scope from dock to destination. For businesses, we transport inventory restocks, raw materials, and equipment between warehouses and storefronts. For consumers, we pick up large purchases from distribution centers and warehouses that don't offer residential delivery or charge prohibitive fees for it. Items ranging from furniture and appliances to industrial equipment and trade show materials are handled daily. Our drivers carry the necessary documentation for warehouse releases and can provide BOL (Bill of Lading) signatures when required. For recurring business needs, we offer account-based scheduling with regular routes and priority dispatch.
Warehouse delivery pricing depends on load size, weight, distance, and destination type. Standard deliveries with normal loading dock access are the base rate. Items requiring special handling, extended carry distances at the destination, or stair carries have additional pricing reflected in the upfront quote. Business accounts receive priority scheduling and volume discounts.
Yes. Our crews carry pallet jacks and are trained in freight handling. We pick up palletized goods from warehouse docks and deliver them with proper handling throughout.
Yes. Our drivers are authorized to sign warehouse release forms, BOL documents, and pickup confirmations. All signed documents are photographed and stored in our system.
Yes. We bridge commercial and residential logistics daily. Items are transported from the dock and carried inside your home to any room or floor, including upstairs.

For heavy palletized loads, verify weight limits at the delivery destination — some residential buildings and upper floors have load restrictions
