Appliance delivery is more than moving a heavy box from point A to point B. Refrigerators need to remain upright during transport to prevent compressor oil from flowing into the cooling lines. Washers need their transit bolts installed or drums secured. Dryers are lighter but bulky. Dishwashers have waterline connections. Ranges may have gas lines. NEM appliance delivery crews understand these nuances. We pick up from any retailer, warehouse, or private seller, transport with appliance-specific handling protocols, and deliver into the exact room and position in your home. Our crews carry appliance dollies rated for 700+ pounds, stair-climbing equipment for multi-level homes, and protective floor runners. In-home placement means we position the appliance in its final location — against the wall, into the alcove, wherever it goes. We can remove packaging and take it with us, and for an additional service, connect water lines, dryer vents, and electrical hookups for standard installations. Old appliance removal is available as an add-on — we haul away your existing unit and ensure proper recycling through certified facilities.
Appliance delivery pricing is based on the number of appliances, distance, and whether additional services (connection, old unit removal) are selected. A single appliance within the same metro area is the base price. Multi-appliance deliveries are discounted per additional unit. Connection services and haul-away are priced as clear add-ons so you choose exactly what you need.
Our standard delivery includes placement. Basic installation — connecting water hoses, dryer vent, and plugging in — is available as an add-on. Gas dryer connections should be handled by a licensed plumber for safety.
Yes. Our crews carry stair-climbing dollies and are trained for multi-level appliance deliveries. Note the number of stairs when booking so we assign the right team.
Yes. Select the haul-away option when booking. We disconnect the old unit (if not gas), carry it out, and transport it to a certified recycling facility. Refrigerant is handled per EPA guidelines.
Clear the path from your front door to the appliance location. Measure doorways to confirm the new unit fits. If replacing an old appliance, disconnect water and power (or gas) before our arrival.
Yes. If your online purchase is delivered to a store for pickup, or to a warehouse, we pick it up and deliver it to your home. We also deliver from private sellers on Marketplace, Craigslist, etc.

For refrigerators, let the unit stand upright for 4-6 hours after delivery before plugging in to allow compressor oil to settle
Remove the doors from your home's doorframes if the appliance is within 1 inch of not fitting — it is much easier than returning the appliance
Verify the electrical outlet matches the appliance requirements before delivery day — some dryers need 240V outlets that older homes may not have
If replacing an old appliance, take a photo of the current hookup configuration before disconnecting so the new installation mirrors it exactly
