NEM white glove crews receive additional training in art handling, antique assessment, and luxury goods transport. The process starts with a detailed inventory of items requiring white glove treatment, followed by custom packing solutions tailored to each piece. Fine art is wrapped in acid-free glassine paper before padding. Antique furniture joints are reinforced and wrapped with quilted blankets. Wine collections are packed in temperature-stable containers. Electronics are packed in anti-static materials with original-spec foam supports when available. At the destination, every item is hand-carried to its designated location, unwrapped, inspected for condition, and placed with precision. The crew performs a post-placement walkthrough comparing each item against the pre-move inventory. White glove service includes enhanced insurance coverage with agreed-value protection for items that standard policies may not adequately cover.
