Our crews work with every type of storage facility: large national chains like Public Storage and Extra Space, local independent facilities, climate-controlled indoor units, drive-up ground-level units, and upper-floor units accessible only by freight elevator. They know the access protocols — gate codes, office check-in requirements, elevator key pickups, and facility operating hours. For moves into storage, our teams organize units strategically: heavy items and furniture toward the back, boxes stacked with labels facing outward, and a center aisle left for future access. This organization can save you from renting a larger unit than necessary. For retrieval, our crews can pull specific items from the unit without disturbing the rest, so you don't need to unload and reload everything when you only need a few pieces.
Storage delivery pricing is based on volume of items, distance between locations, and direction (to storage, from storage, or round-trip). Most storage moves fall in the 2-4 hour range. There are no extra charges for unit organization, furniture wrapping, or standard materials. Round-trip moves (in and out on separate dates) are booked and priced independently.
Yes. Our crews stack and arrange items strategically — frequently accessed items near the front, heavy items on the bottom, and an aisle down the center. This organization is included in the standard service.
We offer selective retrieval. Tell us which items you need and our crew will extract them from the unit, reorganize the remaining contents, and deliver the selected items to your home.
Not necessarily. If you provide the gate code, unit number, and access key or combination, our crew can handle the entire process independently. You receive updates and confirmation photos throughout.
Yes. Storage-to-storage transfers are a standard service. Provide both facility details and we handle the unloading, transport, and reloading at the new location.
